Reservation, cancellation and refund policies

We are a small hotel therefore if you wish or need to change your travel dates we ask you to please let us know as soon as possible so that we don’t have to apply cancellation charges.

1. All reservations are paid in advance upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. Reservations can be paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
2. The client assumes that he/she has seen the hotel photos and has read the relevant information at the time of booking.
3. All our rates include taxes and are for two people. In case of extra people, the client will be informed of the extra charges.

Cancellation policy:

4. In-house cancellations must be notified to reception 24 hours in advance.
5. We only accept written cancellations, requested by e-mail, we do not accept cancellations by phone.
6. The client cannot change his reservation for a future date and then cancel by demanding 100% refund, he will comply with this cancellation policy. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
7. In case of rescheduling dates the prices of the rooms will be adjusted according to seasonal rates and new reservations.

Special cancellation policy:

8. In cases of cancellation due to hurricane, earthquake, acts of terrorism or epidemics, the cancellation is subject to the following rules:
– If any client has the need to cancel the penalty is 50% of the total amount paid for their reservation
– Optionally you can be offered a credit for the amount paid to make use of your reservation during the next 6 months as long as the fare is the same as the season booked or you pay the difference in the fare if it is a different season in which you want to travel.

Refund policy:

9. Refunds for cancellations will be as follows:
– Cancellation without expenses up to 7 days before the date of entry.
10. No refunds are available in the following cases:
– If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival
– For non-appearance or early departure on the first day of stay.
11. Refunds will be made to the same support as the payment of the reservation has been generated within 7 to 15 days after receiving the cancellation.
12. In case the hotel cannot offer the room reserved by the client due to causes to the hotel or force majeure such as a hurricane, the client will have the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
